    If you’re looking for a full website build or a more strategic project, you can contact me here and we’ll talk through what you need.

  • Nope. Whether you're DIY-ing or have never logged into your site, I can either walk you through it (“Teach Me” session) or take care of it for you (“Fix It For Me”).

  • Yes — minor CSS or code tweaks can be handled, but these may require an extra fee depending on complexity. You’ll get a quote before anything custom is added.

  • It depends on the day! Some days I can jump in and fix something within hours — especially if it’s an “oh sh*t, this is breaking my site” kind of problem. Other days I’m in back-to-back client meetings and need a bit more breathing room.

    Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, but if you need faster help, you can request:

    • 24-hour turnaround (+$50)

    • Same-day turnaround (+$100, based on availability)

    If you select a rush option, I’ll review your request and confirm whether I can take it on before you pay.

  • You’ll need full admin access to your Squarespace site and the ability to add me as an admin (don’t worry, I’ll walk you through it if needed). Once you fill out the request form, I’ll review it and follow up within 24 hours.

  • No worries — nothing is charged automatically. I’ll review your request and send a payment link if it’s a good fit. If not, I’ll suggest next steps or alternate options.
